No Codes

In 1988 Tally pioneered that concept of accounting without codes proving that account codes are not necessary for computerized accounting. In fact using normal English made the task so simple that anyone could operate the software without being a 'computer expert'. 

Tally allows you to use simple English to create and access ledgers or stock registers. No need to give account or item codes. (The facility of using account / item codes is however available for companies that have to use them).
