Based on the input the standard items required to produce a finished product Tally automatically calculates the raw material consumed to produce the finished product whenever a production entry is passed.

Your production process can be automated with Tally's Bill of Material capability. To further simplify things, the raw materials consumed for the manufacture of the finished product can also be input at the time of making an Invoice.
