Job description 

The candidate should be entrepreneurial and not looking for a short-term position. Candidates from Mumbai Location who are willing to do Work from Office will be preferred. 

 Roles & Responsibilities for Business Development Manager for this position includes: 

Should have prior experience in Business software sales. Will take charge of Tally and new products sales initiatives. 

 Team level 

  • Planning and strategizing sales activities 
  • Developing and managing the sales team and processes 
  • Taking overall charges of the sales function of the assigned team. 
  • Planning and executing lead gen activities 
  • Setting up and maintaining the sales process 


  • Providing demos to the prospects & persuading them to purchase our products & 
  • Generating leads for our software solutions using innovative sales strategies. 
  • Engaging with our existing customers for cross-selling & up-selling of us 
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customers’ requirements to make suitable 
    recommendation based on customers’ needs and preferences. 
  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with 
    our company’s products and services. 
  • Conducting follow-ups and other activities to improve the conversion of leads. 

Requirements for this position include: 

  • Graduation, Post-Graduation and MBA will be preferred. 
  • Good Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills 
  • Prior experience of working in Business software / SaaS Industry essential 
  • Passion for enabling businesses with the best technologies 
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive 
  • Entrepreneurial bent of mind 

Salary & Experience: 

  • Minimum experience of at least 2 to 3 years in business software sales 
  • Salary Package for this position: As per experience. Not limited to the right candidate
