Roles & Responsibilities for Business Development Manager for this position includes:
Should have prior experience in Business software sales. Will take charge of Tally and new products sales initiatives.
Team level
- Planning and strategizing sales activities
- Developing and managing the sales team and processes
- Taking overall charges of the sales function of the assigned team.
- Planning and executing lead gen activities
- Setting up and maintaining the sales process
Individual-level
- Providing demos to the prospects & persuading them to purchase our products &
services. - Generating leads for our software solutions using innovative sales strategies.
- Engaging with our existing customers for cross-selling & up-selling of us
products/services. - Developing in-depth knowledge of customers’ requirements to make suitable
recommendation based on customers’ needs and preferences. - Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with
our company’s products and services. - Conducting follow-ups and other activities to improve the conversion of leads.
Requirements for this position include:
- Post Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Business software / SAAS sales. MBA’s preferred.
- Good Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills
- Prior experience of working in Business software / SaaS Industry essential
- Passion for enabling businesses with the best technologies
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Entrepreneurial bent of mind

Experience: 1-5 years
CTC: ₹ 5L to ₹ 8L per annum
